From initial design consultation to doorstep delivery, here is exactly what happens when you place an order with Fakhra Jackets.
Step 1
Select or Customize
Choose a standard size from our shop or click "Made to Measure" to submit your chest, waist, and sleeve measurements.
Step 2
Fit & Spec Confirmation
Our fit specialist reviews your order. If custom sizing is selected, we contact you via WhatsApp or Email within 12 hours to verify proportions.
Step 3
Bench Crafting
Your jacket is cut and hand-stitched by experienced artisans. Production typically takes 4 to 8 working days.
Step 4
Express Delivery
Once quality-checked, your order is dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx with live tracking provided to your email and phone.
